Refund policy
RETURNS:
All returns for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a re-stocking fee or up to full purchase price will be charged if damage to the product and/or packaging make your return not possible for re-sale. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items marked with Final Sale are not returnable.
Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE including all Free Shipping and Lost or Damaged shipments. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs pre-paid by Solar Made and not added to the customer invoice.
For example: When Solar Made paid for your free shipping - upon the return of the product the customer will be charged back the full amount of the shipping originally paid by Solar Made.
All Solar Made product returns MUST have a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please contact Solar Made for this Return Authorization number by sending an email to sales@solarmade.com
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for undeliverable packages. Please be sure to confirm that your shipping address is correct before checking out.
WARRANTY:
We provide a limited warranty on each Solar Made product for a period of 120 days from date of purchase. This warranty covers material and workmanship. No warranty is given on the Solar Cell due to its fragile nature. Products damaged due to misuse are not covered by the warranty. All returns for credit refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or up to full purchase price will be charged if damage to the product and/or packaging make your return not possible for re-sale. Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
