Important things to consider before you purchase this kit:
- A 12 Volt automotive or marine battery and weather proof case is required (not included).
- Only digital keypads/remotes should be used with this opener (MMT103, MMK200).
- Push-To-Open Brackets (FM148) are required for gates that open away from the property, one for each gate.
